Copyright Policy

GrooVVee respects intellectual property rights and expects people to upload, stream or sell only content they own or have permission to use.
1. Reporting a copyright problem
If you believe something on GrooVVee infringes your copyright, use Report on the post, video, track or stream and choose the copyright category, or e-mail support@groovvee.com with: a link to the content; what work it copies and proof that you own it or act for the owner; your name and contact details; and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
2. What happens next
We review the report. If it is upheld, the content is taken down and the uploader receives a strike. The uploader is told who reported it and can appeal.
3. Repeat infringers
An account that receives 3 upheld copyright strikes is suspended.
4. Appeals
An account owner can appeal a removal or a strike from My Content. If the appeal is upheld, the content is reinstated and the strike removed.
